G4S UAE Cash Services is the leading provider of integrated cash management solutions. We specialise in the secure transportation and storage of cash and valuables. We also undertake cash counting, cash processing and ATM replenishment and maintenance for 90 percent of the financial institutions in the UAE. All movement of cash is carried out in armoured vehicles. In addition to the above we also offer:

Secure Storage

We also offer customers the facility of using our safes for temporary storage of cash during the times when their banks are closed. The cash can be delivered to a specified bank on the following working day. The above service was introduced for the benefit of retail sectors that close their receipts at the end of each day, usually in the evening hours. This service is offered in conjunction with transportation of their cash to the banks the next day.

ATM Replenishment

The replenishment of an ATM is independently carried out by G4S on the instruction of the Bank. The authorised G4S employee will take over the cash amount required and will replenish the ATM. This replenishment of cash in the ATM is only carried out by security personnel who have successfully passed a specialised training course in the handling and servicing of the ATMs.

Escort Service

Security escort service of a vehicle is carried out by trained crew comprising of Personal car equipped with radio communication.

Teller Service

This is a Unique Service was introduced to facilitate the Banks in order to use our services at the Sales Counter for E - Dirhams Card & MOFI Cards at the Government Departments. Also used by the Government department to collect the Cash from their Various Business Segments.

Bank Bureau Service

We provide Financial Institutional outsourcing for banks, G4S manages back office banking procedures for most banks in the UAE with services such as Cash Management, Credit Card Management with Personalization and Delivery and Envelope Processing.

Cash 360 Machine

Cash 360 is a range of Cash Deposit/Dispensing machines which provide a true end-to-end Cash Management Solution to our retail customers.  There are 2 basic types of Cash 360, the ‘T’ range designed for the small to medium cash office and the ‘C’ range for the medium to large cash office.  Both are fitted with high capacity note acceptors and up to date counterfeit technology.   Security is further enhanced by the use of new self-sealing, tamper evident bar coded containers.
Depending on the type of Cash 360 machine chosen by the customer they (the customer) will be able to: deposit notes and cheques, dispense notes and coins.

For the passed three years research and development has taken place and together in consultation with leading global retailers which has lead to the development of the Cash 360 suites to enable G4S to provide enhanced cash security and real time cash reconciliation solutions to our valued customers.  This has resulted in over 2500 360T machines being deployed in Europe, North America and South Africa.
This is truly ground breaking technology and Cash Services, UAE is at the forefront in offering this unique cash solution to the UAE retail industry therefore;

Cash 360T is shortly to be introduced into the UAE with 4 locations undertaking a pilot program. 
To support Cash 360 in the field, Cash Services Division has introduced its own demonstration and training suite, in Rashyida branch, where potential customers can view the Cash 360 hardware and receive basic training in Cash 360 operations and management reporting.  CVIT operational and technical training is also conducted and an initial pilot training course has taken place resulting in our first 2 technical engineers being fully trained.
